Shipping & Delivery
We strive to fulfill and ship orders in a timely fashion. Our goal is to fill an order within one business day. However, transient business conditions may alter that from time to time. Once a shipment leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the carrier, not LTG Graphics, to deliver it to the destination. Transit times vary and are dependent on the destination. All shipments include a tracking or reference number. Use the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. Final delivery is the responsibility of the recipient. LTG Graphics will not be held responsible for undeliverable packages, nor for items left without a signature receipt (where applicable)

Returns & Replacements
We gladly accept Returns for items that are in new and unused condition and with all items originally shipped. A Return Authorization is required. Please contact us to obtain an RA and shipping instructions. Shipping for all returns is the responsiblity of the purchaser.
Replacements of defective items must meet certain criteria. An item must be in new and unused condition. A replacement must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item. You may be asked for documentation or images showing the defect. Upon submission of such documentation and acceptance that the item is defective, we will issue an RA and prepaid return shipping documents. The item will be replaced upon receipt of the defective item.

Our online store is the most convenient way to place an order. We recognize, though, that for specially designed items you will need to place the order verbally. We will gladly work with you over the phone to detail out a purchase.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is required at the time your order is placed. We accept Paypal and major credit cards. Pricing is uniformly posted for our items across all marketplaces that we use. From time to time, we may offer a promotional discount, valid on this website only.

Viewing Orders
Orders that you have placed through this website are visible on your account home page. Please log in to your account to view your activity. For orders placed verbally, we will email you a copy of that order, which you should retain for your records. You may be required to provide information on that order should a return or replacement be necessary.

Updating Account Information
Account information may be updated by logging onto your account's home page.
